Hi I`ve spent hours on this and it`s driving me nuts.
I`ve had to do a full clean install of win 10 and Mobile Sheets after which Mobile Sheets refuses to load, it tries to load then closes immediately.
I`ve tried all the fixes I can find to no avail. Win 10 is up to date, micro soft store is up tp date, uninstalled and reinstalled MS x3.cleared all the caches, troubleshooters reporting all OK. Tried changing Store accounts.
Any help much appreciated
I`ve tried the" not connected to wi fi " fix .and I`ve followed up with a further uninstall /install and a reboot with no luck .The computer and the STORE shows the app as installed and offers the open button, which the computer tries to. I may have to give up with this before I flip.
If you go to "About your PC" which version of Windows 10 are you currently running? Is there a reason you chose Windows 10 (which is out of service now) instead of Windows 11? I am working on porting MobileSheets over to WinUI 3, which should offer more ways to install the application and has fewer dependencies on things like the Microsoft Store, but I still have a lot of testing to go through before it's ready for release. If we can't get the Microsoft Store version of MobileSheets to work for you, the other option is to try installing the FastSpring version (

Lots of us in EU are still in Windows 10 as Major will support W10 at least until October 2027.
10 will be my last version of Windows.
I would not use Mobilesheets on Windows anyway.
