I've got a setlist where ordering is set to A-Z.

I'm doing Share/Export files, and I've checked

• Use song page ordering ...
  
• Join into one PDF
  

When I look at the PDF, I see it's not in alphabetical order.

Should I be doing something different, or is there a workaround if this is an issue? For example, I could switch to manual and reorder it myself. That is a bit tedious because it's not just a few songs.

I'll have to look into this. I'm betting that the export is just using the manual sort order regardless of what sorting has been selected.

I have this fixed for the next update. For now, yes, you'd have to manually sort first.
