CSV file for The Standards Real Book - Chuck Sher. Just Titles and Pages.

Thanks for sharing. You motivated me to cleanup my various PDF and CSV versions of Standards Real Book. 
Here's my CSV file, including composers. Be aware that it refers to a different PDF (differences regarding page numbers). 
Column "Index" contains the page numbers as printed in the book.

Thank you, not only for this, but for the many other indexes that you have generously shared here.

Note the first version of this CSV in this thread treats every song as a single page, so any tunes that are more than one page, only the first will show.
