Dears, 

if this topic is already handled somewhere here please advise - I've missed it obviously. 

I'd like to store/export my scores, each of them, as msf file and subsequently be able to re-import just from msf.

I have MS for IOS, for Windows and for Android (including all companions) and by the sake of ...... I'm not getting it. I can backup, I can produce PDF's export/import/restore - but I fail completely on msf. 

I'd like to store let's say the whole bunch of songs (of a library) somewhere as "Songname".msf and be able to import each (or all) back into a library.
Doing so I expect to have my annotations, layers etc. still as such. Avoiding to have the whole stuff uneditable within an PDF.

If you long press a song, tap each other song then tap Share->Export as .msf, that will generated a .msf file containing all of the data and files for those songs. You said you are failing to create msf files - are you getting an error message of some kind? What exactly is happening?

my fault. I didn't express my issue very well.

For one song it works as expected.

I have approx. 100 Songs and I'm looking to create msf of each one of them.
The suggested approach expects from me to do that 100 times. Is there a way for a "bulk" export as msf resulting in 100 msf files?

No, the feature is designed to just export multiple into one file, as that is what most users expect most of the time. I don't have a way to generate individual .msf files for each selected song at the moment.

Do you really need to be able to export multiple songs as single files?
If you are going to share them with someone else then you could just create a single msf file for all the songs you need to share.
If you are backing them up as msf for your own purposes then, assuming you delete them from the tablet, you will have to restore it to see what the file contains. If you are retaining the song in the library after you have created the msf then I suspect you are extremely unlikely to ever use the msf.

Tablets have lots of memory nowadays so I doubt you will have an issue with the library getting too large.
You could use collections to "hide" songs from those you normally play/ are working on (you are probably doing this already)

If you do want a method of preserving everything then you can probably preserve one backup (or more) and, if the need arises, restore it to a separate library. If necessary, you could create a msf file from this separate library so that you could transfer the file to your main library.
Note: I haven't experimented with multiple libraries.
