Dear Mike,
dear musiscians,

I would like to propose an additional feature, which could have made life during my last performances a little bit easier:

I used to play organ with both ands and feet and therefore require the my head turns to trigger turning the pages of my score sheets. This works well so far, there are also many breaks where I am required to turn my head around and watch what the choire and/or the moderator is doing, and have to prevent the app from misinterpreting my "look-arounds" for page turns...

The "work-around" currently is that I put a sheet of paper on the lens of my tablet camera. Or, I tap on the "edit/annotations" button, which also prevents the page-turning from face gestures, and tab "back" when the next piece starts (but not more than one tab, otherwise i am loosing track of the performance... )

I am not 100%sure how any 100% fool-proof solution of this issue may look like. Maybe a separate gesture for enable/disbable the page-turn-function, of a soft-button ?

Dear fellow musiscians, does anyone of you had faced the same problems? Do you have an easy(ier) solution for this?

Best Regards,
Johannes
Am I the only user requiring an easily-accessable "on/off-switch" for turning that "turn-pages-by-face-gestures" function?

Greetings,
Johannes
No, but probably one of the few that doesn't know yet that you can define a touch action to do exactly that. Myself I use a 2-finger-press for that.
Yes, sorry for not answering your post. You need to go to Settings->Touch & Pedal Settings->Touch Actions and set up a touch action to toggle the face gestures on or off.
