MobileSheets version 3.9.41 has been released for Android, Windows and iOS/MacOS. This update contains mostly bug fixes and the addition of Chinese translations on all platforms. The full list of changes can be found below, as well as the changes for 3.9.39 and 3.9.40:

Changes affecting all platforms v3.9.41

• Fixed issue with the collections dropdown not showing new collections under some situations
  
• Fixed issue that could occur with page layouts and page turns when using ChordPro files with gaps removed and the next song bar is displayed
  
• Updated abc2svg library to fix rendering issues with some ABC files
  
• Fixed error when synchronizing with a library containing a song with no files
  
• Fixed issue with the annotation grid mode not being applied when resizing annotations
  
• Switched to using the M field in ABC files for the signature field in MobileSheets
  
• Fixed issue with the Artists field being populated by ABC files instead of the Albums field
  
• Added transposing fix for chords in ChordPro files starting with a | character
  
• Fixed incorrect label for the chord diagram location setting
  

Android v3.9.41

• Fixed issue with night mode not working with .abc files
  
• Added some safety checks to prevent crashes with audio files
  
• Fixed issue with the "System File Browser" being shown as a choice when the all files access permission has not been granted
  
• Fixed issue with exporting song lists to Dropbox
  
• Fixed issue where MIDI ports would not show up properly after switching MIDI libraries without exiting and reentering the screen
  
• Fixed issue with the email screen layout
  
• Fixed bug with audio files not being automatically imported from cloud services when "Automatically Add Matching Audio" is enabled
  
• Fixed bug with exporting annotations to PDFs containing extremely high resolution pages that would cause out of memory exceptions
  

Windows v3.9.41

• Fixed issue with song titles not being populated correctly from ChordPro files
  
• Fixed issue with night mode not working with .abc files
  
• Added some safety checks to prevent crashes with audio files
  
• Annotation highlights in night mode will now show up better and color the background as well as the foreground content
  
• The metronome LEDs will now properly render with the opacity of the selected color
  
• The metronome will now correctly handle the two page display with two page turns when changing pages after a certain number of beats
  

iOS/iPadOS/MacOS v3.9.41

• Fixed issue with printing ABC files

• Fixed issue with radial menu where it will incorrectly trigger the save and exit submenu
  

Android v3.9.39

• Added support for Nextcloud. A generic webDAV option will be added in a future update
  
• Rearchitected all of the code related to accessing cloud services and other types of external storage.
  
• The new architecture will make it faster and easier to add new options going forward such as sftp and smb3 for network shares.
  
• Fixed bug with ABC files that could cause them to fail to load in some situations.
  
• Added Simplified Chinese translation
  
• Added Traditional Chinese translation
  
• The option to turn pages automatically with the metronome will now account for the two-page display when turning two pages at a time
  
• Fixed cropping issue with ABC sections in ChordPro files

• Fixed issue with group name dialog not focusing the text field

First, thanks for another update, and all your hard work

Second, what is "annotation grid mode"? I could not find it in the manual

Open the annotations editor, tap the icon at the top right that looks like a 3x3 grid (if this is not displayed, tap the three dots and you'll then see the option in the overflow menu), and then you can enable options to display the grid on top of the page and optionally "Snap to Grid". If you enable that option, then it will force annotations you create to be aligned to the grid cells.

I have updated to this version on Windows and now the first time I start mobilesheets it pauses for about fifteen seconds before it loads all my music. This is not too long a pause but it never used to do it before. After I've opened the first time, then close it and reopen, it works fine.

Any reason why it does this annoying pause when I open it for the first time?????
It's frustrating1!!

It must be something in Microsoft's framework or Windows itself. I'm working on switching the app over to WinUI 3, and that may resolve the issue once that is released.
