Hi everybody.

I have a Xiaomi Pad 6 for the lyrics/chords pdf files in my one man guitar/singer setup.
Mobile Sheets sends a MIDI Command when I select the song to switch my TC Helicon Voice Processor to the matching preset. I use a USB C midi interface.
Also I have connected a page flip footswitch via bluetooth.
This setup works fine.

Now I want to use the backing track functionalilty of MS.

As I have only one USB C port on my tablet, I have to use an USB Hub to expand the number of ports, as I need a port for the MIDI interface, the power supply of the tablet and the audio out of the backing tracks. I can tell, I tried a bunch of hubs, but nothing did really work. Either the MIDI Commands were blocked or the audio did not come out - or both. The audio should go to my sound mixer in XLR.

Is there anybodyout there who has a working hardware configuration for me, possibly for my tablet?

A very basic question here ( usinf Mobilesheets on Chromebook )...

When I use 'Import' is the actual pdf copied into Mobilesheets' library or is it only the path to the file recorded in the library?

When I backup the library are all the pdf's copied to a nominated location?
Thank you

Hello,
I think it would be very useful to have some annotation management and browsing features, namely:

The possibility to easily find songs/files containing notes or annotations (for example through “additional filters”).

Within a song/file, buttons to browse annotations (i.e. previous/next page with annotation in the document). For example, imagine a book of piano sonatas with 250 pages, where the first annotation appears on page 45: I would like to be able to jump directly to the page containing first annotation instead of manually checking each page.

I have read the user guide but could not find a proper way to handle these cases. Perhaps these features are already available and I missed them.
Is there any workaround?

Hello. I recently purchased MobileSheets for my old Samsung S5e tablet. I used the instructions to import files, used it in a rehearsal, all good. Today under pressure I had to find a piece online. I downloaded it and opened it in MobileSheets. It imported it as in a small window which I had not seen. Not for love nor money could I work out how to get it to be a normal page on screen. Not good.

As timing was tight I tried to open it in Acrobat but it defaulted back to MobileSheets - I ended up deinstalling MobileSheets to get it to open Acrobat and the rehearsal could start!

I've attached a screen shot. I have looked through the starter guide and the forum and I can't see a solution.

I have reinstalled MobileSheets and got exactly the same problem. There is nothing on the page that I can find to get it to be the normal full screen size. This is not an intuitive app!

What is the solution? How could I have known it, and what can I focus on in the manual so that I am ready to deal with this and other such problems that arise when the app is new?

Many thanks,

Personal MIDI library

Hello,
Like many other members, I send 2 or 3 MIDI commands at for each song.
For example : load General Purpose preset on my HX Stomp with MIDI PC 20 and CC 69 value 0
Today it must be done for each song, one by one, with no cut/paste capability.
I have noticed that storing MIDI commands is on the top of the list for next releases, that's great, it will save a lot of time !
Thanks in advance.

My question is :
can you implement this with a high level approach in order to ease changes once the MIDI commands are defined for the songs.
Let me explain :
I have defined preset 20 as General Purpose on my HX Stomp, but later I need to change this to preset 10.
It would be nice to be able to create a personal MIDI command named : "Load General Purpose Preset" that can be edited later
and having the change propagated to all songs using the new version of the command (i.E: preset 10) with a single modification.
In other words, the song contains a pointer to the personal MIDI command..

Hope my request is clear, if not, please feel free.
Thanks a lot to take a moment to analyse it.
Yours,

Import only the new files not working

I keep all my files in the device and I avoid wasting disk space by setting "MobileSheets manages your files" to "no".
Sometimes I add new files there, then, of course, I would like to "import" them.
I would expect that, for brevity, asking MS to import all the files and selecting "Ignore Duplicate Files", all and only the new files were imported.
That's not the case.
No matter if a "simple" (but multiple) import o a batch one, the result is always: "no new files found".
Ok, MS needs not (must not!) copy any file, but it should add the new files to the "songs" list anyway.
I'm forced to import them manually one by one. Quite a waste of time.
