I make up a different set list every other Wednesday for my uke group of about 30 people. I email them the list a few days before so they can practice. In the rich text email, I manually add a hyperlink for each song sheet I keep on line so the members can view/print/download the sheet as they need.
Is there a way to keep the hyperlink in the song's metadata so it can be included in the email?

Sure, put it in a field such as Custom 2, then go to Settings->Library Settings->Generate Song List Format if you want to include the Custom 2 field in the generated output, or if you just want to see it on the library screen, select "Song Title Formatting".
