I reported issues with the "Next Song Indicator" bar before, e.g. here:

Now I could reproduce that in MobileSheets 3.9.25 (Build 557) on Android.
The behaviour depends on the "Display Mode" setting. The song is displayed correctly with "Display Mode" = Single Page. As soon as I change  "Display Mode" to Vertical Scrolling, the "Next Song Indicator" bar overlaps a part of the song.

That is now by design to prevent issues with the "Remove gaps" option. Pushing the pages down when that bar is displayed caused major issue with the "remove gaps" feature, because not every page may have the next up bar displayed (i.e. if it's only displayed on the last page of a song), and this causes an issue where the end of one page will not line up with the page after it. So you either have to live with having the bar overlap the page, or you have to disable the remove gaps option. The only other option would be to basically allocate space for the next up bar even if it's not displayed and permanently push down the pages, leaving a black space at the top if the bar isn't displayed but it's enabled. I don't think users would like that much either, but if people prefer that to having content covered, I can do that. If you use the fixed page size feature, this wouldn't impact you much (the pages would just scale down slightly), but for users that do not, this would cause all their page layouts to shift as there is suddenly less vertical space that can be utilized if they enable the next up song bar.

On a side note, you can increase the top margin in the text display settings to shift the page down, as this would only impact the first page, and that would ensure nothing is covered up. This actually is another way I could solve this problem - I could override the top margin if the next up song bar is enabled, and always force the top margin to be enough to account for the next up song bar when using the vertical scrolling display mode in combination with "remove gaps".

I've changed the logic for 3.9.27 so that I dynamically increase the top margin if needed to account for the next song bar. From a user perspective, users shouldn't really notice any different unless they use annotations on their ChordPro or text files in combination with all the settings mentioned in the previous posts. In that situation, they may see the layout shift (causing the annotations not to line up), so those users will need to uncheck the option to remove gaps.

Why 3.9.27? The latest available version is 3.9.25. What is supposed to happen with 3.9.26?

I am running 3.9.25 on my Android device and 3.9.26 on my Apple device, both are their respective latest versions, so perhaps the Apple version needed an update that Android didn't. If you are not using an Apple, device the version numbers might seem out of step.

What Lester said is correct. I needed to update iOS, so it's on 3.9.26 (as I have to bump the version number for every update submitted to Apple). Version 3.9.27 will help align all three versions again.

Any idea when 3.9.27 will be released?

I'm going to try to get it released either tomorrow or Monday. I'm trying to finish up some changes to notify users when an update is available through Google Play/the Microsoft Store/the Apple App Store so that they can go download it. I'm hoping this will reduce the number of emails I get from users who haven't updated the app to get fixes.

That's great.
Notifying the users about new versions is a great idea because it's generally recommended to switch off automatic updates to avoid surprises on stage. Switching off automatic updates of the windows version has become pretty difficult though.
How about just pasting the release notes to the NEWS section of the forum as soon as you pass a new version to the Microsoft / Google / Applestore?

I'll test with your backup file to see I can reproduce the issue. I definitely tested a bunch and it was working just fine for me with the vertical scrolling display mode with gaps removed and the next song bar visible.

I'm testing with your library and I can't reproduce the issue, so I need to know what settings I should change and what setlist I should load. Each song where the next song bar is displayed, the first page is offset downard and the next song bar is not covering the song at all when using the vertical scrolling display mode and gaps removed. If I use the single page display, nothing is covered either and the page moves downward with the title bar and the next song bar. If you use the vertical scrolling display mode, the page does not move downward with the overlay title bar (unless it's always displayed), which is by design, because I can't shrink the page to accomodate it - that would mess up the removal of gaps between pages. It's just shifted to account for the next song bar.
