Je ne vois mes partitions en PDF sur compagnon, car j'aimerais changer quelques notes, comment faire.

The companion app is designed to manage your library, not to see/ edit your files with the computer. 

For that I'd ecommend using the fully featured  desktop version, and sync your library between your computer and your mobile devices.

je vous remercie,  par contre j'aimerais modifier mes partitions : changement de notes altérations, à partir de ma tablette, je ne trouve pas la solution, merci pour votre aide.

Editing scores in PDF format is not an easy task, you can do some basic annotations (including note alterations) withing Mobilesheets (see page 112+ of the manual) but if you want to really be able to edit those scores, you will need another type of software, a sheet music scanner.

I've tried several, and the best by far is PDF to music pro, from Myriad, but it only works with material exported by music notation programs like Musescore or Dorico. 
Youi can also try Audiveris, wich is free and open source.
