Hi, 

  I use the Mobile Sheets App on a MS Surface Pro for my gigs. Now in my 31st year of gigging in the Dayton, OH area, I average 25+ jobs a month at local long term care facilities, Senior Centers, Animal Clubs, private parties, etc...

 Typically, mid performance, my sheet music will freeze. I can't swipe it in either direction and the back arrow icon in the upper left corner becomes non-responsive. I have to do a hard restart to get out of it. Trying to do that while playing keyboard and singing is rough. 

 Both the Tablet and the App are routinely updated for latest versions. 

Other than this issue, (which arose a few months ago,) I love the App. 

Any thoughts, suggestions, advice would be very appreciated!

Hello Bill,

I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering those problems. The only resolution I have at the moment for a problem like that is to try switching to the FastSpring version of MobileSheets if you are using the Microsoft Store version. Send an email to mike@zubersoft.com and I can describe the process you'll need to go through.
