I just bought MobileSheets yesterday (I may be defecting from the competition). I'm looking for how to straighten a scan by rotating it a few degrees. Please tell me that a feature exists for making these corrections!

I do plan to add a feature to rotate documents by a few degrees (aka deskewing). The reason I have not supported deskewing up until this point is that I effectively have to rebuild any page that is deskewed in a PDF (I can't just update the existing image - I have to make a new page from the rotated image). This can cause the PDF size to increase significantly if the file is not optimized properly. In the past, I didn't have access to something that would perform this optimization. I do now though as the image library I use for the camera feature supports what I need. So I plan to add this - I just haven't had time to work on it yet.

Hi. Straightening is pretty easy in the Photos App, I do it all the time. It is in the cropping mode. If you are into Photography, you might want to get the Photomator App from Apple. It's a yearly subscription and it has straighten button and it works very slick. You have to then export it to the format you want.

Thanks, you taught me something I never figured out before! (I always thought my only options were 90-degree turns.)

99% of the time, I use PDFs that singers send me ahead of their audition/coaching/rehearsal, etc. Am I right in thinking that I can't pop these PDFs into the Photos App for straightening?

I would take a screenshot. Photos doesn’t work on PDFs.

I see that Preview has an option under Export/options to save as jpg, among other options. That may give you more resolution. I have not tried it myself.

You may find that adjusting your pdf by a few degrees doesn’t help. What often happens is that someone will take a photo of the score and convert it to a pdf. If the light is overhead they will have to take the shot from the side. That means the perspective will be wrong. What you’ll see is that one side of a square page is longer than the other side. 
The newly free affinity app for Mac and PC has a Perspective tool in the Move tool options. It’s amazing. I have a photo of my wife’s family that was taken from the right side. You could see the ceiling dropping down to the left. By dragging the handle at the top left and dragging straight up, her short 14 year old nephew is now no longer taller than my father in law. 

I tried to open a pdf score in affinity and it said it couldn’t parse the file. This was a file that I edited in MobileSheets(LOTS of editing) so you may have better luck with your pdfs. 
There’s also a straighten option in the crop tools of Affinity
