Hi, 

I wish to export from my Mobile Sheets windows library to a new android tablet.
I've tried many things with no success..

I tried exporting a file containing meta data in an msf format and importing it into the android tablet. It does not appear show up.

I've even tried reimporting it into Windows Mobile sheets  and does not show up either ?
I can import easily PDF, but for some reasons not MSF. 
Is it a setting...

And I should to see once working the meta data (artists, keys...) going from Windows to Android with an MSF file ?

To transfer your library, the simplest way to handle this is to create a library backup file on your Windows device, transfer that to your Android tablet and then restore your library using it. To do this, open MobileSheets on your Windows device, tap the three dots at the top right and then tap Settings->Backup and Restore->Backup Library. This will generate a .msb file in the folder you select which can be on the device or in the cloud. If you selected a local folder, transfer the file from that folder to the Android tablet. Open MobileSheets on the Android tablet, then go to Settings->Backup and Restore->Restore Library from Backup. After the restore completes, you will have access to your entire library on that device. Let me know if you have any questions about this.

To sync the libraries on each device (which is faster for handling any small changes made after restoring the backup file), you can use the "Sync Library" feature in MobileSheets. To access this, tap the three dots at the top right of the library screen and then tap Sync Library->Synchronize to a device. You can then connect the devices over WiFi and changes will be merged between the two devices. If possible, it's better to make changes on one device at a time and use a one-directional sync, but you can also perform a two-way sync if needed. This just doesn't currently handle deletions properly (things that are deleted on one tablet but still exist on the other will be recreated).

You can certainly export individual songs to .msf if you want, then use one of the Import dropdown options on the main library screen to select the .msf file (you cannot import the .msf file in the song editor if you are trying to do that).

Thank you for your reply,  I finally was able to do it. I was using the share msf fonction rather than the export as msf. 
Using the msf fonction as a back up took care of my needs allowing all the meta data to be transfered.

What is the share function for then ?

The share options export the data through other apps on the device instead of just generating a file (i.e. you can send the file through an email).
