Hi, Administrators. I've been a user for a long time. For some reason, my login to the forum under KevinHopkinsSmith was not recognized (bad password, I think it said)--my UserName had been "KHS" I followed all the instructions (none of which made much sense) and still could not log in.
Somehow, I managed to create a new identity using Kevin.Hopkins.Smith, but I forget what nickname I adopted if any. Today, I was not able to log into the Forum using any combination of my previous credentials under either identity. The only reason I'm able to type this right now is that I left this tab open on my browser, but I tried getting in under the same e-mail identify from another machine and was rejected.
Could some Administrator please just reset everything and send me new credentials via either or both e-mails? I really only need one and you can obliterate the other. I know I'll be giving up whatever exalted ranking I had previously achieved but I just can't spend any more time on this. Thanks. - Kevin
