Dots when chords are highlighted

When I highlight a chord using Pango a small dot in the highlight colour appears in the lyrics line.
   

Not a big issue and not urgent to be fixed, just want to let you know.

I've got a fix in place for this for the next update - it was rendering the background for 0 width spans resulting in that weird dot.
