Vertical Scroll Page Turning

I think I found a potential (non-critical) bug.
I have a few songs that I have duplicated each page (to match the number of lines on the page) then cropped each duplicate to separate lines. If I use the Vertical Scrolling Display Mode, this condenses the score to fit a lot more music (just my part) on the screen.
I have liked setting up the metronome to turn the pages and then specify the number of beats per line so that the metronome can increment each line.

For example, a three page song might have three lines on page 1 and four lines on the other two page. The page numbering would be: 1,1,1,2,2,2,2,3,3,3,3 and the 'pages' would be 1a, 1b, 1c, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d (where the letters are for the line that the duplicate is cropped to).

Here's where things are odd:
 - If my tablet is in landscape orientation, the metronome will increment line-by-line (since each line is a 'page') as expected (1a, 1b, 1c, 2a, etc).
 - If my tablet is in portrait orientation, the metronome seems to jump to the next original page number (1a to 2a to 3a, etc.)

I can work around this but it requires that I set the number of beats per page differently depending on if I'm going to be using my tablet in portrait or landscape for that song (and leave myself a note if the orientation needs to be different from the other songs in the setlist). I'm not sure if it's supposed to increment differently in landscape or portrait orientation.

Sporadically, swiping or touching to turn pages does a similar thing for those songs (landscape increments by line, portrait jumps by page) with the difference that swiping back to previous pages always seems to increment by line in either orientation. I don't have a reliable way of causing this, though.

For further context this happens on my Windows and Android tablets.
