I purchased mobilesheets at thefastspring shop.
After downloading the appinstaller-app it is not possible to run the app.
WHen doubleclicking the app icon, Windows trys to start the app for a second, but nothing happens.
Is it possible to install mobilesheets in another way?

I'm going to need more information - are you running Windows 10 or 11? If it's Windows 10, what version is listed under "About your PC" and let me know if the Microsoft Store is installed and functioning. You can install MobileSheets using powershell, so I can walk you through that if necessary, but we may need to do that over email.

Hi,
I had to do a completely new setup of my laptop because of a total windows crash.
Now after the new installation of Mobile Sheets the registration app shows "the number of istallations allowed for this licence key has been exceeded".
What can I do? Isn't it possible to a new-installtion or to de-registrate a device?

Please contact me at mike@zubersoft.com. All licensing issues need to be handled over email. Normally you would need to free the license under Settings->About->View License->Uninstall before reinstalling the app, but I recognize that you can't do this if the device completely crashes like that.
