In my Band, we connect Tablets with a local WLAN network (via SongID). When the master has opened a setlist, flipping to the next song by scrolling or chosing another song in the playlist does not affect the other tablets.
My Usecase is: i want to prepare a rough setlist, but i want to be able to skip within the list at will.
My Band Members do not even have the setlist on their device necessarily.
Is this possible ?

It depends on what behavior you want. If you want to load the setlist on just the leader device without affecting followers, you can certainly do that. You can also chose whether to synchronize page turns across devices, and followers can choose whether to allow the leader to turn pages on their device. However, if you do want the same setlist loaded on each device, each device needs to have that setlist. You can enable the option to create a temporary setlist on follower devices, and they will build the setlist from their own library, however if songs are referenced that they don't have, a blank placeholder will be inserted instead.
