mobilesheets win 11 keeps telling me need to update to new  version then upon install claims version is already installed. 
Also unable to to sync library ---  get error 'database version 62 expected 59'   ... 
Help

Don't know your issues updating to a new version but you can only sync a library if both versions of MS are the same (note: the database versions have to be the same - the program versions may differ slightly)

Your message implies that one of the mobilesheets instances has not been upgraded (possibly the one that won't let you update it).

My Current NS version 3.7.1
Checked for update needed v 3.7.7, downloaded installed.
Install software reports 'Mobilesheets is already installed' 
Version 3.7.1.0 

With reinstall or launch options - choose reinstall.

Now MS still version 3.7.1 (screen shots available upon request)
