Great work on the program - I'm a new user who is working hard getting my stuff organized well to take advantage of what MobileSheets has to offer.
Typically, when I import a new PDF file, I use an option to convert PDF bookmarks to MobileSheets bookmarks. Works great. 
Here is an issue I encountered. Say I have a song in my MobileSheets library with no PDF bookmarks. Later on, I update the PDF (outside of MobileSheets) to have some PDF bookmarks. If I use the option to "swap file", point it to the new version of the PDF with PDF bookmarks, MobileSheets ignores the setting to convert the PDF bookmarks to MobileSheets bookmarks.
I can of course simply delete the song from my library and import it from scratch and it works (I get the MobileSheets bookmarks). But if I have done a lot of annotations, deleting the song is not a great option.
Am I missing something?

Let me clarify here a little bit.
I'd be perfectly happy to just plain use the PDF bookmarks, without turning them into MobileSheets bookmarks.
But I noticed a slight discrepancy between the Windows version and the iOS version when using PDF bookmarks, and the discrepancy is a little distracting on the iOS side, which is where I predominantly use MobileSheets.
In Windows, if I only have PDF bookmarks, the Bookmarks window shows something like:

> Song.pdf

You can expand "Song.pdf" and see all the bookmarks.

When viewing the exact same song, but on iOS, the Bookmarks window show something like:

> Song
> Song.pdf

Clearly the first "Song" is for the MobileSheets bookmarks. It is empty. But in Windows, it appears the code recognizes when there are no MobileSheets bookmarks, and hence does not display the extra row.

I started using MobileSheets bookmarks simply so I could avoid having two different lines, one potentially empty. I would then just not display the PDF bookmarks.

As I come to understand what I think is actually going on here, I still appreciate using the baked in PDF bookmarks, perhaps adding MobileSheets Bookmarks on the fly as I see fit.

The discrepancy between Windows and iOS is what got me initially confused and going down this rabbits hole.

So I don't know if I have a specific question any more, other than perhaps making the behavior consistent between the two versions? No pressure, now that I think I've gained a better understanding.

Short version
1) Any chance to enable re-importing of bookmarks from a pdf, making them MobileSheets bookmarks
2) Any chance to fix slight inconsistency between versions when dealing with case of no MobileSheets bookmarks (not a big deal)

1) I'll have to think about this one a bit. The problem is someone may have modified the bookmarks after the PDF was initially imported, and they might not want all the bookmarks messed up by repopulating the list if a new version of the file is swapped in. So there would have to be a setting that controls this behavior. Alternatively, I could just add a new option to the bookmarks window to scan for bookmarks and add any that are missing. 

2) I'll look into it. It sounds like I should be able to reproduce it easily, and if there is a discrepancy, I'll get it fixed.

You are amazingly responsive, and I appreciate that.
As far as 1) goes, yes, I get that could be a potential stinker if people had other bookmarks going on in the intervening time. I had envisioned it as a setting/optional thing to do. Not a big deal if you don't provide the option, would just be a nice to have
