Select any song and click MIDI Icon to add MIDI command
Drop down list choose Batch Command.
Click Edit Icon and then + Icon to add any MIDI command but dont press OK yet - click on Test MIDI command and command IS sent.
Click OK to go back to Batch Command box.
Hilight MIDI command that has just been set and click on Edit Icon.
Click on Test MIDI command and MIDI command is NOT sent.

Thanks for reporting this. The issue only happens on Windows and I have a fix in place now for the next update.
