If I have created 2 library long time ago, I believe the 2 library will be sharing the same song files back then.  Now that you have the option of separating the song files between the libraries, what do I need to do to make my current library files to be separately placed in 2 separate folders even though some songs may be in both library.  Also if I made changes to a song in one library and then some other changes to the same song in the other library including song titles an song file names, I don't want the changes to get mixed up in the song sheet and in the actual song sheet folder.

Go to Settings->Library Settings->Manage Libraries, tap the library, tap "Edit", and check the option to isolate files. MobileSheets will then move files and make copies of any files that are referenced by multiple libraries. Please note that if you change a song in one library, that will have no impact on the song or files used in the other library if the files are isolated.

Thanks for the tips.  I now have the 2 database separated however the file count in one of the database is less than the number of songs i have in that library.  Is there a way to reconcile and validate that all the song files for that library is all in that library folder.

If you have Settings->Storage->Let MobileSheets Manage my Files enabled, then MobileSheets will not access files outside the library folder that's been assigned, so long as you did not mess with the storage settings in between importing files. You can go to Settings->Other Settings->Find Missing Files if you have any concerns about missing files. If you do have any concerns about files being scattered around, the best thing you can do is create a library backup file under Settings->Backup and Restore->Backup Library, then restore that same backup into the active library, uncheck the option to restore settings and make sure the "Restore To" dropdown is set to restore to the MobileSheets storage location. That will repopulate the folder for that library and ensure all files referenced by that library are under that folder.

I did both the Find Missing Files and Backup Restore and the count on Songs is 17 more than the number of files in the .... com.zubersoft.mobilesheetspro/files/ folder under the Library name.  If there a possibility that 2 songs are using the same song file in the folder and if that is possible, is there a way to find out which song is doing that.  

I should have asked first whether my assumption that the number displayed next to Songs in the main menu is the total number of songs and that each song should have a song file associated with it in the library folder but this may not be the case and if so then the discrepancy may not be an issue.

Yes, that is certainly possible, as MobileSheets supports that (which is important for things like CSV files where many songs may reference the same PDF). There is no easy way to determine if multiple songs use the same PDF though. One workaround is to use the song title formatting to display only the file paths (change the format string to %FILE_PATHS%), and then make sure the option is enabled to sort based on the formatted song title. Then your songs will all be sorted by the file paths, and you can just scroll through looking for duplicates.

Thanks for the tip.  May have to try that one day if I'm desperate to find those missing (extra) songs.
