could you consider adding a checkbox to the file tab, which effectively is only available if there are more PDFs or sources than one added to the file tab?

So checking or unchecking that would show or hide the respective file from displaying in the song?

I think there are some nice use cases for it to switch between different versions, voices, arrangements etc for it without having to change the song (or even the setlists and collcections it is in). Maybe it would anticipate some of the possiblities of the versions feature, but still if mit isn't to hard to code?

(If others like this idea, chime in here in this thread. You know that Mike adds things dependent on how many users ask for them.)

If I think about your proposal in the context of my MobileSheets usage it seems not useful at all. Such a checkbox on the files tab would affect ALL instances of that song, no matter in which collection or setlist the song is used. In my case setlists are meant for a certain event, collections are for a certain line-up or band. In both cases I want a certain version of a song that is specific for that event or line-up and it should not be changed "from outside". Instead of using such a checkbox that you proposed I would create separate versions of the song containing the required files and attach the specific song version to the setlist / collection.
