When I switch Display Mode to "Vertical Scrolling" MobileSheets adds a useless empty space (about the height of a lyrics line with chords) between subtitle and the first lyrics line. This empty space is not there when Display Mode is "Single Page".
It doesn't matter if Page Scaling Mode is "Fit Screen" or "Fit Width".
That a part of my annotations is moved out of sight seems to be just a side effect, deleting the annotations doesn't change the behaviour.
I can reproduce the behaviour in 3.9.33 (Build 727) eInk and 3.9.33 (Build 576) Android. I didn't try the Win11 version yet.

I believe this is already fixed for the next update. I've just been trying to get things finished for 3.9.35.
