MobileSheets user for a long time.
I use a surface pro, but it cannot be updated to win 11. Have you a cutoff date for win 10 support?  I think I might have to be thinking of upgrading

It's not a good idea to keep using Win10. But on many computers the Microsoft restrictions can be bypassed. Run a search for something like "update windows 11 incompatible pc" and you will find several descriptions like https://woshub.com/upgrade-to-windows-11...ported-pc/
I upgraded several computers successfully that Microsoft marked as incompatible.

I don't have any intention of dropping Windows 10 support unless Microsoft makes some kind of change that forces it (which is unlikely).
