Hi there.
We are a small church in Argentina. At the moment are just reading PDFs I generate from Sibelius. I came to your app thru Web recommendations and am evaluating switching to it. We have  5 Fire tablets registered to our Gmail account where we store our PDF files in Drive. 
2 newbie questions, please:
1- How many licenses would we need to buy in order to use all these 5 tablets simultaneously? (Currently our set is two keyboards, two guitars, bass).
2- We have one Bluetooth pedal for switching pages, etc. If one of us is using it, would the others see the changes in their screens?

1) You'd want to purchase five licenses through my FastSpring store: https://zubersoft.onfastspring.com/

This will ensure all of the devices are properly licensed regardless of which musician is using it.

2) You can accomplish this using the "Connect Tablets" feature which lets you have one leader tablet that can control the loading of songs/setlists and can turn pages on the connected follower tablets if desired. There are many options so you can fine tune this feature to match your needs.
