how do I:
a) swap an object to a different layer?
b) change the order of layers

1. Select the object(s).
2. Select cut (the scissors).
2. Create a new layer (if you have not done so earlier).
3. Press and hold until you see a black floating menu, select the bottom option, Paste to original position. Hey presto, you have relocated your chosen item(s) from one layer to another.
Changing the order of layers is not something I know how to do, so it will need a more experienced user to help you.

Hello,
1) Select the annotation, tap "Cut", switch layers, long press and paste at the original location. I plan on adding a much nicer way of doing this with version 3.10.0
2) You can't currently. It's another thing I want to address with 3.10.0. However, it will be a little weird if layer 2 shows up before layer 1 for users that don't rename their layers, but I suppose people that care about that can rename them.
