The "Import Settings" dialog used to have a "Title" dropdown that allowed choosing "Guess Title From Filename" or "Use Filename As Title"
It disappeared in the Windows version of 3.9.37.
It is shown for a second or so before it disappears, too short to select it. It is not possible to scroll up to bring it back.
The dropdown is still available in the eink version.

It depends on what type of file you are importing and whether it's a file type that already supports populating the file from the data within. If I import a PDF, for example, it still shows up just fine. What type of file are you importing?

You're right, it's a ChordPro file, the behaviour is correct. Sorry for the confusion.
