I use Proton Drive for my Cloud Storage. is there a way to link to this instead of the other Drives listed?

Proton Drive does not support an API for third party developers. So there's no way to directly interact with it. If you tap Import->Local File, and you have the Proton Drive app installed, you should be able to use Apple's file picker to import files from it (or export files to it).
