I have just started using the Windows version of MobileSheets on Windows 11.
I copied the msb file from my Android (that I have been using to access MobileSheets for years) and then synced the PC version with that.
It seems to have transferred all the songs and the sound files but the Set Lists and the Collections tabs are empty. I put in a test Set List and a test Collection but without any content but the result is the same.  
I am wondering what I am doing wrong.
Incidentally I do not get anywhere trying to sync the Tablet with the PC.  It does not recognise the tablet IP address for WiFi connection and it says there is a problem with the bluetooth connection

No idea re what you are experiencing but I would have created a backup on the working system and then restored it on the new system.

Do not synchronize with the backup file - that is going to be more problematic. Go to Settings->Backup and Restore->Restore Library from Backup and select the backup file through that.
