There does not seem to be a way to add, for example, a pdf file to a tune whose first file is abc.

That's something that I would find useful for storing: an original version of the tune that does not reflect editing; a chord chart; a version to be marked up for a performance or rehearsal without affecting the original.

Not nearly as important as the next version of MS ( the bugs are pretty bad right now) but desirable if it is easily implemented

Well, as far as I understand they have completely different displaying engines that aren't compatible to combine under one song entry. Maybe it will be possible with the upcoming versioning feature. You could make separate song entries and open the other version woth a smart button, though.
