I don´t know what I changed.
Somehow changes in titles ("Song Title"  changed into "Song Title 123") do not appear in synced versions of the library.

Did I change a setting?
If so: which one?

As long as metadata is being synchronized, that should be all that is necessary. I will have to run some tests with renaming a song to see if that change isn't synchronized. I'm assuming you are using a one-way synchronization to push changes from one tablet to another.

I just tested synchronizing from Windows to Android, then renamed a song, synchronized again and the rename came across. So I'm not seeing any issues and need more details.

On Samsung tablet:

1. I changed the title.
   
2. I upsynced to Google Drive.
   
3. During the upsync, MobileSheets did not tell that it merged metadata in that song.
   

Then I downsynced on Google Pixel from that Google Drive: metadata did not change.

Same in Nextcloud.
