I'm running version 3.9.39 of MobileSheets on iPadOS 26.3.1 (a). I'm unable to share or export files that have annotations. If any annotations are present (and "Share with annotations"/"Export with annotations" is checked), I get the error "Export operation failed. Ensure the piece is not missing files, restart the application and try again". If I remove the annotations from the file or uncheck "Share with annotations"/"Export with annotations", the share or export operation works as expected. The failure occurs even with minimal annotations – I've tried drawing a single pencil stroke on an otherwise clean file, and this is enough to cause the share/export to fail.

Do you have the option enabled to export iOS compatible annotations? There is an issue at the moment when that is enabled if the file contains high DPI/resolution images. I just want to first check this, as the export may work if that is unchecked.

Thanks, Mike – the failure was occurring with that option both on and off. I had also tried restarting my iPad before reporting the problem, but this didn't fix it. Oddly, though, I have tried again just now, and sharing and exporting are working again, although nothing has changed in the meantime – no updates have been installed, the iPad hasn't been restarted, but the files that were consistently failing before are now successfully being shared/exported including annotations.

That is incredibly strange... it sounds like it will be very difficult for me to reproduce this.
