Hi,
I have a collection of songs saved on Dropbox, many of which I already edited in MS (drawing, highlighting, symbols, ...). Syncing works fine.
I only cant find a way to rename the PDF source files without creating duplicate songs (i.e. a new one is imported because MS finds a "new" file, the renamed PDF).
My idea would be:
1. rename PDF on Dropbox from SONG1.pdf to SONG1a.pdf (no syncing to MS yet)
2. tell SONG1 in MS that the source file is SONG1a.pdf
3. syncing: SONG1 is linked to SONG1a.pdf and simply puts the existing highlights, drawings, ... on the "new" background sheet
But it seems it does not work like this.
Is there a way I can rename source PDFs? After some time working with MS and with growing libraries, it happens that file nomenclatures need some corrections.
