I want to make a lot of changes to my music library in Mobile Sheets.
Is it possible to export the database (only the texts, not the scans/pictures) to a file, so I can edit in a text editor or spreadsheet?

The database is a SQLite file. You'd have to use a SQLite editor (like SQLiteStudio) and either use the UI or run queries against the database to update fields in it.
