All songs saved to google drive, but will song notes  survive please?

I'm so sorry to hear that! Did you create a library backup file under Settings->Backup and Restore->Backup Library at any point? Or did you save those songs in Google Drive using the library synchronization feature? If you just saved the PDFs and didn't export your annotations using the Share->Export Files option, then those PDFs won't have the annotations in them.
