We are a duo and both use MobileSheets, though with different sheet music. We would now like to set up a shared backup tablet so we can keep playing in an emergency without having to resort to bulky sheet music binders. What is the best way to configure a single tablet so that both of us can use it as a backup with our respective sheet music? We have organized our songs into sets, meaning we have both a song list and a setlist.

So that you know which backup belong to whom, why not adjust the default name and add your name or something to make it obvious whose backup it is?

On your emergency tablet, you could create two libraries, one for each of you, and restore the respective backup to each of your libraries. Then, when one of you has a mishap, on the emergency tablet, switch library to match the person who needs it. Voila!

If you are both going to have mishaps at the same time then you may want two emergency tablets.
