Hello,
Sorry if I missed this in my search. When adding multiple annotations on top of a PDF, is there a possibility to align them so that their vertical or horizontal positions is the same?

You'd have to enable grid mode, and then set the grid cell size. You can then more easily align the annotations. Let me know if you can't find the grid mode settings in the annotations editor and I'll do my best to help. There are no alignment settings for annotations at the moment though (you can't select multiple and align their centers for example).
